A Note to Our U.S. Customers:
Due to a sudden and significant increase in cross-border shipping costs, including substantial fuel surcharges and residential delivery fees, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause shipping to the United States.
These increases were implemented without advance notice and have resulted in shipping costs rising dramatically almost overnight. Unfortunately, this did not provide us with sufficient time to arrange an alternative shipping solution before the new rates took effect.
We greatly value our U.S. customers and are actively exploring alternative shipping options that will allow us to resume service at a cost that is reasonable and sustainable for both our customers and Country Rose Soap Co.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to find a viable solution, and we hope to welcome back orders from our U.S. customers as soon as possible.
